Introduction to Value Buys :- Stock market goes up and down daily and investors are always scouting for the best opportunity in between such fluctuations,and to help such investors and reduce their headache in finding the best stock and best time to invest,Narsingh Equity is launching Value Buys.
Under this plan we will recommend only such stock which are trading below their Book Value (i.e. Price to Book Value is below 1).Stocks which are available below their book value are always considered as undervalued buys and involves a Low Risk as compared to other stocks.
What is Book Value :-
1. The value at which an asset is carried on a balance sheet.
2. The net asset value of a company, calculated by total assets minus intangible assets (patents, goodwill) and liabilities.
3. The initial outlay for an investment. This number may be net or gross of expenses such as trading costs, sales taxes, service charges and so on.
